New kindergarten students must be 5 years old, and first graders must be 6 years old, on or before September 1. All new students are admitted on a probationary basis for one academic year.
How much are Faithful Shepherd’s tuition and fees?
Faithful Shepherd is committed to using our financial resources wisely and keeping tuition affordable for all families.

Tuition Parishioner = $5,985

Deposits are applied toward tuition for the upcoming school year, but are non-refundable if a student withdraws. Current deposit rates and more detailed information about tuition and fees are available here.
In addition, a nominal activity fee is due in August that covers student expenses such as: student planners, auction projects, classroom parties, field day, Art Adventure and Catholic Schools Week.
How does Faithful Shepherd accept tuition payments?
All tuition is collected through the FACTS Tuition Management Program. Families pay tuition by automatic withdrawal from a savings or checking account. No tuition is paid directly to Faithful Shepherd. Families have the option of one, two, four, or ten payments. There is a small service charge depending on your choice of payment option. FACTS also offers a credit card option for an additional fee.
Is financial assistance available?
Financial assistance is available to qualified families. An outside agency, FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, determines eligibility based on income, expenses, savings, debt and special circumstances. In addition, factors such as the number of children currently enrolled are taken into consideration when determining financial aid eligibility.
Is there ever a waiting list?
While a waiting list is not anticipated for this admissions cycle, from time to time, Faithful Shepherd may have more applicants than seats available. In those cases, students unable to be offered a seat by Faithful Shepherd Catholic School will be placed on a waiting list.
General Seat Assignment Policy
Seats will generally be subject to the following order of priority assignment for initial seat assignments and waiting lists:
It is the policy of Faithful Shepherd Catholic School to comply with State and federal laws prohibiting discrimination and all requirements imposed by or pursuant to regulations issued thereto, to the end that no persons shall be denied or excluded from enrollment or participation in any educational program or activity operated by the school, on the grounds of race, color, national or ethnic origin, gender, status with regard to public assistance, or disability.
What fundraising opportunities are available?
Faithful Shepherd sponsors three major fundraisers each year to contribute to the needs of operating our school and keeping tuition affordable for all families. These fundraisers are: Septemberfest (September), Gala For Giving Live & Silent Auction (February) and Readathon(April). Families are generally asked to volunteer their time and talents to support these fundraising activities.
While our annual fundraising supports the school's yearly operating budget for our students, faculty and facilities, Faithful Shepherd may also sponsor other fundraising efforts (such as a major capital campaign) in order to focus on specific financial goals related to the school's future.
